Founder
Rocco Moon
Creative director, ordained minister, certified yoga teacher, somatic therapist, musician, and author. But if you asked him, he would say: a student. Always.
Growing up as the son of rock legend Ted Nugent, Rocco lived between two worlds — the spotlight and the silence. Stadium stages and silent forests. That paradox became the crucible for everything Moon Co. is today.
After the loss of a close friend in 2011, Rocco dedicated the next decade to one question: why do we spend our lives feeling like we are missing out, even when we have everything?
The answer became MOON: Missing Out On Nothing. The framework became Moon Theory. The practice became this company.
